Job Description

The Opportunity

At Worldline, our technology addresses the persistent challenges of the payment world. We design and operate leading digital payment and transactional solutions that enable sustainable economic growth and reinforce trust and security in our societies across multiple markets. We are currently hiring a highly skilled Account Manager to work within the UK Transport Sales team with the primary objective of owning the direct customer relationship, driving new sales opportunities, increasing customer satisfaction and delivering the internal financial targets. The Account Manager will also understand how UK Rail will be integral to multi-modal transport solutions and develop client value accordingly. We are committed to continuous improvement. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Create a strong relationship with the client where a level of trust and reputation can be built.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build business cases to support their execution working closely with the Account Director.
  • Drive further revenue earning opportunities through fertilisation of the account capturing and maintaining these in Salesforce as the primary pipe and sales performance tool.
  • Fully understand and be the expert on the contract between the Client and Worldline and manage the operational performance for the account ensuring that all contractual requirements are met.
  • Ensure all invoicing is done on time and cash is collected within contractual requirements including annual contract indexation where applicable.
