About the Role
Position Description: Handling Sales Activity for the organization’s award winning banking technology products.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own and exceed annual sales targets for the organization's financial product suite across banks in Europe.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to deliver these targets and expand the company’s customer base.
- Effectively communicate the Value Proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Managing and motivating a sales team as well as partners to exceed sales quotas.
- Leading the Sales strategy, supporting effective client demos and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with banks to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Understand key financial services and banking trends and qualify opportunities and trends.
- Monitor Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Provide functional and domain related inputs for solutioning of RFP/RFIs.
- Handle product positioning, local branding activities, product campaigns and Events.
Skills:
- Domain: Banking Finance, Consumer Banking, Commercial banking, banking software and Wealth Management.
Experience: 8+ years of Experience.
Specific Requirements:
- Should be presentable with excellent communication skills. An out and out customer facing person.
- Should have the self-confidence to quickly learn the product suite and confidently give demos/presentations and conduct workshops with banks across the region.
