We are looking for a Salesforce Platform Governance Business Analyst to support governance, controls, process documentation, reporting, and operational oversight across enterprise Salesforce initiatives. This role will work closely with platform teams, delivery teams, Information Security, QA, Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure Salesforce processes, controls, and governance activities are well-managed, compliant, and effectively documented. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis, governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and security/governance exposure within enterprise technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Governance & Controls
    • Support Salesforce governance processes, standards, and policies.
    • Ensure governance controls are consistently followed across teams.
    • Assist with governance reviews, audits, compliance, and assurance activities.
  • Process Documentation
    • Document business processes, workflows, and operating procedures.
    • Maintain process documentation and governance artefacts.
    • Support process improvement initiatives.
  • Reporting & Assurance
    • Produce governance reports, dashboards, and management information (MI).
    • Support control reviews, access reviews, penetration testing coordination, and assurance activities.
    • Track risks, issues, audit actions, and remediation activities.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
    • Work closely with platform owners, delivery teams, Information Security, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
    • Coordinate governance activities and support communication across teams.
  • Operational Support
    • Maintain governance logs, trackers, repositories, and documentation.
    • Support governance meetings, follow-ups, and action tracking.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Governance, Platform Operations, or related roles.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other enterprise platforms.
  • Strong documentation, governance, and process mapping skills.
  • Experience supporting controls, risk, compliance, audit, or penetration testing activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, or reporting tools.
  • Banking or Financial Services domain experience preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Salesforce platform exposure
  • Financial services or regulated industry experience
  • Information Security or audit coordination exposure
