WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

  • Proactively source and convert new SME and cross-border trading clients through cold calling and multi-channel outbound prospecting.
  • Build and manage a strong end-to-end sales pipeline, from lead generation and qualification through to closing new business.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and position WorldFirst’s global payments and FX solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding while driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities for account growth.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO BRING

  • Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Naturally curious and proactive learner with a strong interest in sales, commercial growth, and developing expertise in outbound new business generation.
  • E-commerce or Payments knowledge.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a clear focus on exceeding performance goals and building a successful outbound sales track record.
  • Collaborative team player who values knowledge-sharing, supports peers, and contributes positively to a high-performance sales culture.
