We’re looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to be responsible for planning and coordinating high-impact UK marketing programs. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, high‑level conceptual thinking, budget‑backed creativity, and cross‑functional, global collaboration.
Responsibilities- Partner with the global marketing teams and external agencies to implement regional marketing programs aligned with commercial priorities and revenue targets.
- Localise content and leverage multi‑channel marketing, collaborating with the global team on paid, social, CRM, website, events, PR/media, and partnerships to strengthen brand awareness and drive new client acquisition.
- Own the planning and execution of local marketing initiatives, including webinars, tradeshows, regional roadshows, executive roundtables, sponsored events, and other field marketing activities.
- Develop and manage local customer stories and testimonials to build credibility and support both brand and commercial objectives.
- Identify and manage local KOL and influencer opportunities to expand reach and strengthen engagement with target audiences.
- Support local PR initiatives and media opportunities in collaboration with internal teams and external partners/agencies.
- Support content requests from partnership and sales teams, creating and adapting materials that help drive partner engagement and commercial impact.
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations for budget optimisation, ROI improvement, and future campaign planning.
- 5+ years of Marketing experience.
- Experience within the SMB financial, payments, SaaS, enterprise software or international ecommerce industry (preferred).
- Proven track record in achieving commercial outcomes across both online and offline demand generation, leveraging digital, social, events, and PR channels.
- Data‑driven and ROI‑focused, with a passion or interest in financial services and/or payments.
- Experience in brand/ content/ event marketing considered an advantage.
- Naturally resilient and curious, with a team‑oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively under time pressure within a matrix organisation.
- You thrive in high‑growth settings and embrace the pace, ambiguity, and opportunity that come with them.
- You are comfortable with doing the bigger and smaller tasks, and you always keep momentum moving.
