WHAT YOU'LL DODeliver end-to-end HR Operations across the employee lifecycle for multiple EMEA countries, ensuring an efficient, accurate and positive employee experience.

Manage employee data and HR systems, maintaining high standards of data integrity, compliance and confidentiality, including GDPR requirements.

Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, IT and external vendors to support payroll, benefits, compliance and day-to-day HR operations across the region.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, enhance HR systems and contribute to regional and global HR projects.

Act as a trusted HR Operations expert, providing guidance on HR policies and processes while supporting compliance with local employment legislation and internal controls.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO BRINGExperience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services within an international organisation, with exposure to supporting multiple EMEA countries.

Strong working knowledge of HR systems (such as Workday, SAP Success Factors or Oracle HCM) and confidence managing HR data with accuracy and attention to detail.

Good understanding of HR operations, payroll processes, employment legislation and GDPR, with a proactive approach to compliance and risk management.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and manage competing priorities.

A continuous improvement mindset, using data, insights and best practice to enhance processes, improve efficiency and deliver a great employee experience.
