Responsibilities:

  • User Growth Planning: Design and execute user growth plans; enhance user acquisition efficiency and product awareness through cross-functional collaboration.
  • User Experience Optimization: Monitor and continuously optimize user experience and user lifecycle management; improve acquisition conversion and repeat purchase rates.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute online/offline campaigns related to overseas remittance services; drive market penetration and brand awareness.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze user behavior data to drive product optimization and operational strategy adjustments.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • 5+ years of B2C user operations experience;
  • Prior global C2C user growth/product/operations experience preferred.

Project Experience:

  • Proven track record in successful user growth/marketing campaigns;
  • Familiarity with overseas remittance business is a plus.

Data Analytics:

  • Strong data analysis skills;
  • Data-driven mindset;
  • Ability to independently use data tools for analysis, insights, and strategy formulation.
