WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

  • Regional Growth & Revenue: Responsible for growth and revenue targets in key markets; gain deep insights into overseas remittance user needs, identify target audiences, and develop user growth and operational strategies.
  • User Growth Planning: Design and execute user growth plans; define and strengthen product competitiveness; enhance user acquisition efficiency and product awareness through cross-functional collaboration.
  • User Experience Optimization: Monitor and continuously optimize user experience and user lifecycle management; improve acquisition conversion and repeat purchase rates.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute online/offline campaigns related to overseas remittance services; drive market penetration and brand awareness.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze user behavior data to drive product optimization and operational strategy adjustments; achieve user growth targets.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO BRING

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years of B2C user operations experience; prior global C2C user growth/product/operations experience preferred.
  • Project Experience: Proven track record in successful user growth/marketing campaigns; familiarity with overseas remittance business is a plus.
  • Data Analytics: Strong data analysis skills; data-driven mindset; ability to independently use data tools for analysis, insights, and strategy formulation.
  • User-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of user needs; independent thinking on operational strategies.
  • Personal Attributes: Open-minded; strong learning ability; high sense of responsibility and self-motivation; excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and execution skills.
