What You’ll Do

  • Learn and grow - Develop your commercial skills by supporting senior BD Managers on key accounts and new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships - Engage with e-commerce brands and SMEs, understanding their needs and helping them explore WorldFirst’s solutions.
  • Support business growth - Help identify and qualify our strong inbound leads, enhance client knowledge, execute targeted campaigns & attend industry events to capture new opportunities.
  • Be the customer’s voice - Share insights from client conversations to help shape our products and strategy.
  • Collaborate across teams - Work closely with customer success, marketing, and operations to deliver a great experience for every client.
  • Own your development - Learn from some of the best in fintech, with opportunities for rapid progression into Account Executive and BD Manager roles.
