WorldFirst is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits expert to lead our EMEA C&B strategy from London. This is the first London-based hire in the team, reporting to the Global Head, with broad remit and fast-moving fintech environment.
The role focuses on designing and executing C&B policies, incentive schemes, and benefit programs across multiple regions, working closely with HR partners and business leaders to ensure competitiveness and alignment with culture.
