Your Responsibilities & Challenges
- Market Insights & User Feedback: Collect user feedback to understand their experience and needs. Identify emerging campus trends and key pain points. Analyze data to support data‑driven decisions.
- Creative Content & Campaign Planning: Plan and execute engaging campus events to boost brand awareness. Develop localized content and creative social media campaigns to attract the target audience.
- Project Execution: Manage the end‑to‑end execution of online and offline events, integrating resources, managing workflows, and ensuring key performance targets are met.
Who We Are Looking For
- International students currently enrolled at universities in the UK or Australia; preferably graduating in or after 2027.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Strong market insight and analytic talent to identify user needs and provide constructive suggestions.
- Well‑connected on campus with access to student societies or CSSA.
- Experience in event planning, community management, or social media operations is a plus.
- Exceptional execution and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to drive projects forward.
- Familiarity with the Alipay Tuition Payment service is a bonus.
