Overview: Deputy Chief Education Officer (Operations) – The Church of England Education Office, London, UK.

Having established and proven the need for The Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership to enable a national focus on the development of leaders in education who are called, connected and committed to the Church's vision for education, we now seek to build operational capacity across the Education Office so that policy, leadership and network development becomes an integrated strategy for the church's national work in education.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead responsibility for the delivery of and management of risk for our programmes, projects and campaigns
  • Leading our financial strategy
  • Development of fundraising, marketing and sales
  • Operational management of all our programmes and events

The rewards of this exceptional role include a competitive salary package, a 35 hour working week for work-life balance, a minimum of 30 days holiday plus 3 defined organisational days leave and an attractive pension scheme.
