  • Take ownership of our strategy for leadership development and the delivery of programmes and peer support networks that enable the development of leaders who are inspired by the Church of England’s vision for education and equipped to lead in the light of it.
  • Engage proactively at diocesan level, speaking at diocesan, headteacher and governor conferences.
