The Senior Account Manager, Ad Operations will facilitate and complete tasks involved with ad campaign management; includes setup & trafficking, Q&A & troubleshooting, monitoring performance & delivery, reporting & analytics, optimisation, billing & budgeting, strategic planning, etc.
Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesWork closely with the Senior Account Manager and Account Manager on current campaigns and share data for future campaigns setup.
Experience and Skills- Significant experience in ad operations technical role, including trafficking, site tagging, audience management and MCM management.
- Hands-on experience in ad operations (video & display), with a strong understanding of campaign workflows, ad trafficking, and execution across multiple channels.
- Demonstrated experience with Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM), IAS, SSPs, and DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360).
- Experience working with various ad technologies such as DMP, ad verification, OMS, programmatic partners.
- Ability to identify opportunities to optimize existing activations, managing creative trafficking, integrating cross platform reporting, and suggesting test and learns for your specified markets.
- Working knowledge of SQL, basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and GAM custom templates.
- Familiarity with GAM first-party and third-party targeting.
- Solid knowledge of advertising industry standards such as VAST/VPAID, RTB, GDPR, Invalid Traffic (IVT), and Brand Safety.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a sharp attention to detail.
- Familiarity with debugging techniques and the ability to use web development tools to network trace errors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to follow a style-guide when producing PowerPoint documents.
- The ability to effectively communicate and provide quick and accurate feedback and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
This is a full-time permanent contract. This role is based out of IMG Offices, Chiswick Park London.
