It powers growth of revenues, fanbases and IP for more than 250 federations, associations, events, and teams.
IMG is seeking a Runner to play a key part in maintaining business continuity by supporting production areas, clients, and internal teams across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Visiting each suite on an hourly basis to offer refreshments to the people working there;
- Checking/Visiting Operational areas regularly i.e. MSA, MCR;
- Taking receipt of stock deliveries, checking stock against delivery notes;
- Ensuring all areas of IMG Studios are kept clean and tidy and reporting any problems to the Operations Delivery Team;
- Reporting any faults with fixtures or furnishings to Office Admin;
- Clearing edit suites at the end of each booking, preparing areas for the following day;
- Carrying out general tasks to assist productions as required by any staff member or client;
- Answering phones and responding to clients’ requests promptly;
- Maintaining an excellent working relationship with clients, freelance operators and staff and maintaining a helpful, professional, and friendly attitude at all times;
- Complying with the company’s Health and Safety policies and procedures;
- Carrying out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Operations Delivery Manager.
Knowledge and Experience
- Work experience in a media environment whether paid or unpaid;
- Experience in a client facing role and understanding of good customer service;
- Interest in sport.
Working Conditions
- Contract Type: 10-month fixed-term contract;
- Location: Stockley Park, Uxbridge;
- Working Hours: Shift pattern based on an average of 40 hours per week, including weekend working.
