We are seeking a Production Intern to support the production team (Production Coordinators and Production Managers) across a range of responsibilities including crew onboarding, invoicing, scheduling, and media management for world feed productions. The role will also involve assisting with creative briefs, running orders, gallery analysis, and other support tasks in a fast‑paced live broadcast environment.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Crewing Freelancers onboarding / vetting (IR 35)
  • Field Glass SAP – POs and internal IMG processes
  • Troubleshooting (cancellations, swaps, payments, FG, IMG access, IT, ad hoc requests)
  • Invoicing, PM tracking (payments, IR 35, costs)
  • PODs bookings, Viewing Desks, Gallery requests Courier Carnets Kit
  • World Feed crewing (Gallery, QC ops, Editors) and keeping schedules up to date across Studios, live ops, UK & KSA teams, DyliusRA, Gallery Call sheets, QC briefing emails, distribution & follow‑up Finance
  • Media Management – move relevant content for each World Feed match into corresponding folders
  • Upload onto the media Hub “Imagen” and liaise with Salmon from SPL
  • Send Wael (SPL) WF Openers once signed off
  • Create folders for upcoming match rounds on near‑line
  • Delete content and rushes once rushes have been comped and not in use

Additional Responsibilities

  • Write briefs for World Feed openers
  • Write Running Orders
  • Shadow in Gallery Analysis AP (potential shift later date)
  • Shadow in Edit AP (potential shift later date)

Further Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Excellent production assistance and support for PCs and PMs
  • Facilitating excellent communication within the team and externally, including issuing comprehensive and accurate Call Sheets
  • Ensuring all necessary paperwork, filming permits, contracts, insurance, risk assessments are in place for production
  • Ensuring all production deliverables (including ‘programme as completed’ paperwork, project Albert and Diamond Diversity) are completed in a timely manner
  • Compliance with Company procedures as detailed in IMG’s Production Guide
  • Clear and effective communication both internally and externally
  • Proactive in finding solutions and dealing with problems
  • May also carry out any other duties within scope of job

Knowledge and Experience

  • Safe management of productions, Health & Safety training, experience of making travel arrangements, booking freelance crew and organising shoots
  • Experience of cost tracking and producing small production budgets
  • Experience of producing call sheets
  • Experience of dealing with Health and Safety paperwork and Risk Assessments
  • First Aid trained
  • BAFTA/Albert Sustainable Production training or equivalent
  • Previous experience at Production Assistant level
  • Previous experience of working in an Outside Broadcast environment

Skills and Abilities

  • Works effectively as part of a team and independently (without close supervision) – showing initiative
  • Positive, professional and keen approach to work, demonstrates a drive to progress in Production Management
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Previous experience of working to deadlines – works well under pressure, managing and prioritising workload effectively
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SAP
  • Good organisation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Plans ahead and effectively organises workload
  • Knowledge of archive and music clearance

Working Conditions

  • Position based at Stockley Park
  • 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with some weekend work and unsocial hours (e.g., over Christmas/Bank holidays) if required
  • Adapting to use of new systems/technology and helping to establish new workflows where appropriate
