Join our dynamic team as a key administrative support for the EuroLeague production department. You’ll work closely with the Production Manager, assisting with all aspects of production administration, including managing production paperwork, booking travel and accommodation, and coordinating freelancers. You’ll be the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, handling credit card accounts, expenses, and obtaining quotes for upcoming production needs. Additionally, you’ll support meetings, take minutes, and arrange catering. If you're highly organised, detail‑oriented, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Responsible for checking and publishing production paperwork (including music cue sheets and contributor agreements).
- Contribute to measuring the Production’s Albert Carbon Footprint.
- Assist with general production administration, including organising travel and accommodation, booking freelancers, processing invoices, preparing call sheets, etc.
- Be a point of contact for any general production enquiries from both internal and external clients and suppliers.
- Obtain quotes for upcoming production requirements (including travel, transport, and accommodation).
- Perform general administrative tasks as required within the scope of the job.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – ability to build and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Shows initiative and prioritises workload without close supervision.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge and Experience
- Demonstrated administration experience.
- Previous experience in a production environment.
- Experience managing and processing invoices, booking freelancers.
- Awareness of music cue sheets and post‑production paperwork.
Working Conditions
- The work location is Stockley Park, Uxbridge. This is a fixed‑term contract until July 2027.
- Working hours are 9‑5pm with occasional work outside of standard hours where necessary for the business.
- The role may require unsocial hours, weekend work, and international travel.
- The working environment is fast‑paced, as dictated by the EuroLeague and EuroCup Basketball schedule.
