This role demands a balance between strategic thinking and detailed execution, making you a key driver of the product’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for product innovation.
  • Explore and assess opportunities to embed AI and emerging technologies into data products, bringing forward innovative use cases and solutions that create measurable business impact.
  • Utilise strong technical acumen to dive deeply into data such as running SQL queries, providing basic data modelling, and understanding data technology and architecture to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Use data and metrics to track product portfolio performance, including KPIs, ROI, and value delivery, to inform prioritisation and investment decisions.
  • Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Take part in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stand-ups, ensuring close collaboration with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and other cross-functional team members.
  • Continuously improve Agile processes within the team and foster a collaborative environment that embraces feedback and adaptation.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring stakeholders and clients are informed of progress, changes, and alignment with broader company goals.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the development team, gathering feedback and incorporating it into the product development process.
  • Deliver product updates and roadmap presentations to both internal and external stakeholders, soliciting input for future improvements.
  • Set stakeholder expectations, proactively addressing any risks or issues to ensure smooth and timely product releases.
  • Maintain detailed product documentation, including user guides, business rules, data models, and release notes.
  • Work closely with data architects and engineers to translate business requirements into actionable technical features.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and assist stakeholders in UAT when required.
  • Be accountable for maintaining the data catalogue for your products and ensure it remains up to date.

You Have These:
