Who We Are: IMG is a leading global sports marketing agency, specializing in media rights management and sales, multi-channel content production and distribution, brand partnerships, strategic consulting, digital services, and events management. Our multi-award-winning Original and Branded team is responsible for the premium, ground-breaking content you see on the DP World Tourβs social channels. It sees our Producers travel the globe, creating a diverse range of engaging content β from short-form viral videos to elaborate challenges, feature-length documentaries, and everything in between. We are currently expanding our team, in search of a talented Producer who has honed their skills within a leading brand, agency, or production company.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Responsible for creating premium non-live video content
- Being involved in all aspects of production, including research, creative development, production shoots, editing and post-producing
- Developing creative concepts and treatments aligned with brand partner objectives
- Creating and managing production budgets and schedules, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and in budget
- Experienced in the creative ideation process for both internal and client facing pitches
- Managing production staff and freelancers to maximise efficiencies across projects
- Demonstrate the highest standards of production, showing creative flair and editorial judgment
- Responding to feedback from fellow Producers, Senior Producers and clients, setting a high bar for creativity and innovation
- Providing feedback and direction for more junior production staff
- Build an environment that champions accountability
- Supporting the DE&I initiatives across ETP and IMG
Knowledge and Experience:
- Extensive experience in producing, directing, editing, and post-producing sports video content to a high standard, in the UK and internationally
- A strong understanding and proven experience of working in branded content
- A strong understanding of non-live digital content and trends, preferably within sports
- Experienced in high-pressure, quick-turnaround production environments
- Excellent understanding of both long and short-form content
- Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experienced in dealing with talent (presenters, sports personalities and influencers)
- Ability to manage and meet client expectations throughout the creative and production process
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Working Conditions:
- This is a permanent full-time role based at our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
- Occasional weekend working and regional and overseas travel will be required.
