IMG are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic, and proactive Production Coordinator to join our dynamic non-live production team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our production processes, from initial development through to final delivery of branded, original, digital, partner and other multi-stream content. The successful candidate will work closely with the Production Manager and editorial team, providing essential administrative support, creative problem solving, finance work, shoot and event planning, and ensuring that all logistics are efficiently managed.

As a Production Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our production activities, playing a crucial role in ensuring that every aspect of our productions run efficiently, on spec and to budget. Non-live productions are varied and active, meaning your responsibilities will span a wide range of tasks, from logistical planning and coordination to on-site management and financial tracking. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Working closely with the Production Manager and editorial team to provide administrative support ensuring logistics run smoothly from development to delivery.
  • May be required to travel to some International and domestic location shoots and will be the point of contact for the production team and suppliers on site.
  • Plan and book travel and accommodation for the production team, including arranging carnets and visas if required.
  • Produce call sheets for all shoots in a timely manner, and work with the Producers to create risk assessments.
  • Booking crew and equipment.
  • Cost tracking and keeping the cost report regularly updated with the Production Manager and Accounts Assistant.
  • Processing invoices and creating job postings and work orders on Fieldglass for all resources and freelancers.
  • Creating Albert carbon footprints for every shoot.
  • Working closely with Producers and Production Manager on crewing & schedules.
  • Trouble shooting and dealing with ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with the Production Manager.
  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties that are within the scope and purpose of the job.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Previous experience within the production environment, demonstrating knowledge of international shoots.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven organisational skills.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of production workflows.
  • Understanding of different formats of file delivery and storage.
  • Knowledge and understanding of budget processes and implications.
  • Conversant with current insurance requirements.
  • Has organised national and international travel.
  • Has prepared risk assessments, in conjunction with the producer.
  • Has set up single camera shoots.
  • Has raised purchase orders and processed invoices, including tracking of costs.

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (when to employ tact, diplomacy and discretion).
  • Be a skilled team player and ability to work well and remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent Organisational skills and time management.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including: PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
  • A genuine passion for sport and the live events environment.
  • Experience completing or supporting Production Risk Assessments.
  • A good understanding of Health & Safety requirements, supported by relevant training.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Fieldglass, or similar system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Working Conditions

  • This is a fixed term contract May - November 2026.
  • This role will be based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
  • Occasional travel may be required to location shoots and golf events, travel will be both domestic and international.
  • Weekend work and unsocial hours possible.
