What You'll Do:
- Manage client relationships across a diverse portfolio of accounts, collaborating closely with finance, technical, and operational teams to deliver outstanding service and unlock commercial opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for all client account inquiries, including quoting for new or additional projects, scheduling updates, budget review and invoice queries.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Tech teams to ensure successful delivery according to client needs, schedule and budget, manage changes to the clients' scope, schedule, and costs.
- Work with the Finance Manager to ensure timely and accurate billing and to communicate any overspend to the client.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and discuss opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing client accounts, "upselling" across all IMG Studios service areas.
- Review individual client quotes, revenues and costs in MediaPulse to aid an informed view on resulting revenue.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
- Proven experience in Account Management or client services, preferably within media, production or tech operations.
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts, lead client conversations, and resolve complex issues.
- Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Ability to work well with, and act as a conduit between all stakeholders.
Working Conditions:
- This is a permanent role.
- This role is based at our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
- You will be required to work in the office 4 days per week.
- You will occasionally be required to work early mornings, late evenings or weekends to offer comprehensive client service and management support.
