Working Conditions: Permanent, London, Chiswick Park Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
What You'll Do:
- Financial reporting & Analysis: Responsible for period end accounting for multiple companies, including preparation and reviewing of balance sheet reconciliations.
- Preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements for IMG entities (May include international regions including but not limited to UK, Netherlands, South Africa, Sweden, Saudi Arabia and Switzerland).
- Contribute in achieving controllership goals & objectives, with specific reference to Internal controls & SOX compliance.
- Participate & assist with the annual group and statutory audits.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of quarterly and yearly reporting & tax packs.
- Assist with the preparation of cashflow forecasts and quarterly withholding tax schedules.
- Management Accounting: Responsible for period end accounting.
- Responsible for quarterly financial planning and analysis for overhead costs in IMG entities.
- Ad-hoc project work as required within IMG companies including but not limited to analysis of IMG contracts, assisting with accounting queries and undertaking other administrative duties.
- Point of contact for the offshore shared service team (WNS).
- Other: You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
Unusual Challenges or Circumstances: May be required to work additional hours as necessary (especially during reporting deadlines)

- The timely preparation and submission of statutory and group reporting requirements
- Compliance with official guidelines and regulatory requirements
You Have These:
- Qualified Accountant– ACA / ACCA or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102/101) or IFRS/US GAAP
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (financial closure, reporting etc.)
- Confident and flexible team player with the ability to work with peers across the organization
- Must be able to plan and organise work to meet deadlines and determine priorities.
- Must be able to work on own initiative to identify problem areas and work through to a satisfactory conclusion
- Good Excel skills
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; and
- A “finisher” with the genuine drive and commitment to deliver against objectives at all times
