What You'll Do: The Broadcast IT team is responsible for supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure at IMG's Studios facility, supporting broadcast, engineering, and television production environments. As Infrastructure IT Engineer, you will focus on supporting the current infrastructure and will be responsible for implementing new systems. You will work closely with the Broadcast IT team, Broadcast Engineering teams, Production Services as well as other SMEs and vendors. This is a very exciting opportunity to learn and develop skills in a truly world leading company.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a permanent role based at our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge and requires working onsite full-time. The working hours are 12-shifts (8am-8pm) on a 7-day fortnight rotating shift pattern as per below:
- Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Week 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Provide proactive IT support and maintenance services across Broadcast and Engineering technologies in post-production and live studio environments
- Analyse business requirements to develop technical solutions
- Document, test and deploy infrastructure solutions
- Carry out security patching of Windows and Linux systems
- Perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose infrastructure issues
- Liaise with external and internal system integrators, vendors, SMEs and stakeholders
- Participate in knowledge sharing and training initiatives
