Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Produce weekly content usage reports to support editorial and commercial teams.
- Collate, analyse and present client usage data in a clear and easy‑to‑understand format.
- Prepare client reporting presentations, including data gathering, insights, analysis and formatting of presentation decks.
- Produce media valuations for branded content campaigns using established methodologies.
- Maintain and update Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
- Maintain, clean and validate large datasets using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Support the delivery of data‑related projects around major sporting events, including FIFA World Cups, Olympic Games and other key events.
- Conduct market and competitor research as required.
- Monitor trade press and industry developments, producing regular summaries for distribution across the commercial teams.
- Work with the Marketing team to produce case studies and supporting materials for commercial use.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting and data requests from the Commercial, Editorial and Marketing teams.
- Work with the IMG/TKO Analytics team to develop and maintain reporting dashboards.
- Work with Associated Press and internal stakeholders to monitor and maintain the TTX tracking list across broadcast and social media platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs.
- You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
Knowledge and Experience
- Experience working with media, digital, sports, broadcast or content‑related data.
- Experience using Power BI and/or other business intelligence tools.
- Experience analysing and manipulating datasets using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience creating presentations and reports using PowerPoint.
- Experience gathering, organising and presenting data in a clear and structured manner.
Skills and Abilities
- Organised and methodical approach to work.

- Proactive and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Working Conditions
This is a permanent position. The role will be based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate. Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday. The role may require attendance (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings. Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule.
