Position Summary: The Content & Communications Coordinator will support UFC’s content and communications strategy across EMEA. This position is responsible for maintaining strong relations with UFC’s broadcast partners across EMEA, delivering content, working on promotional plans as well as assisting on media rights across the region. This role also supports the communications team in managing media enquiries and operationally assisting the PR team at UFC live events.

Responsibilities:

  • Distribute content to UFC media partners
  • Manage enquiries from media partners on live and non-live content
  • Maintain daily contact with all existing media partners to ensure UFC content has been posted on those platforms accurately and timely and gets the best exposure
  • Collect and analyze data of media platforms and complete media exposure and value reports
  • Create pitch documents to assist with media rights processes
  • Draft and distribute press releases, build and maintain media lists, pitch stories to journalists and manage incoming media enquiries
  • Track media coverage using monitoring tools and compile regular coverage reports
  • Provide on-site PR support at events, including logistics and athlete briefings
  • Maintain a strong awareness of the media landscape
  • Support end-to-end campaign delivery - from creating project briefs, tracking timelines and ensuring all assets are delivered on time

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong writing ability with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel for events as required, both domestically and internationally
  • An established network of relevant media contacts is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach
