Are you commercially driven and passionate about building strong customer relationships? We’re looking for a National Account Executive (NAE) to join our Commercial team and play a key role in delivering profitable growth. As an NAE, you’ll act as the link between our internal teams and what’s happening in stores, helping to maximize sales, improve distribution, and strengthen partnerships. You’ll support Senior National Account Managers in implementing customer-specific strategies, ensuring flawless execution of new product launches, and providing insights that shape business decisions.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll manage day-to-day customer requirements, from product set-up and pricing updates to preparing presentations and tenders.
  • You’ll track Electronic Point of Sales (EPOS) and sales performance, monitor distribution and compliance, and carry out store audits to keep us competitive.
  • You’ll also produce accurate reports, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical teams to deliver exceptional service.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous commercial experience in FMCG or food manufacturing (account support, sales coordination, or similar)
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (VLOOKUP, pivot tables desirable)
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive approach
  • Degree-level education preferred but not essential
