World Wide Technology EMEA has an opportunity available for a Technical Recruiter to join its growing projects business. This role will manage end-to-end hiring for technology roles, partnering with stakeholders to attract and hire top talent. It focuses on strong candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with country-specific employment laws while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across levels and locations.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using diverse sourcing strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and drive offer negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and hiring practices.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and candidates throughout the process.
- Continuously improve recruiting strategies and promote best practices, including diversity hiring.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT/Technical recruiting (in-house preferred).
- Knowledge of technology markets across AI, security, networking, and infrastructure.
- Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline-building skills, including use of recruiting tools.
- Experience working with IR35 and contract hiring.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Back-office experience, including candidate tracking, onboarding, compliance checks, and ATS management.
