The Technical Solution Architect will design and validate AI-native architectures, lead technical engagements, and provide cutting-edge insights to support presales and delivery success. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic collaboration to accelerate adoption of AI-native engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Solution Design: Lead presales architecture design and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for AI-native solutions. Create reusable solution templates and reference architectures, including labs in WWT’s AI Proving Ground. Ensure successful handoff of solutions to delivery teams.
- Technology Integration: Design AI-native engineering patterns across major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Guide integration of AI tools into SDLC and DevOps pipelines for clients.
- Research & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep research on AI-native tools and frameworks to determine best fit for customer environments. Produce formal reports and actionable insights for leadership and presales teams.
- Collaboration: Partner with AI Advisors, Business Development Managers, sales account teams, and delivery-focused solution architects on client-facing engagements. Participate in internal enablement and training sessions as needed.
- Performance & Impact: Deliver POCs that influence opportunities and closed deals. Create technical artifacts that support enablement and presales success. Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in solution architecture or presales engineering, or equivalent customer-facing technical leadership experience. High comfort level with AI/ML concepts and tools; ability to stay on the cutting edge of emerging technologies.
- Technical Depth: Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and architecture design, specifically with AI Coding Assistants (Cursor, Github, Windsurf, etc). Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and integration patterns. No certifications required.
- Soft Skills: Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences (preferred). Strong presentation skills for client workshops and technical discussions (required).
- Other Requirements: Limited travel (10–20% annually) for client engagements and POCs. No location restrictions.
