This is a sales overlay role assisting account teams in pursuing large, complex projects, programmes, and campaigns. In this role, a Strategic Solution Specialist will identify and co-author opportunity-based sales strategies, working closely with account teams. They will coordinate multiple organizational areas to deliver a unified outcome for customers, often collaborating with departments such as systems engineering, professional services, finance, consultancy, delivery, supply chain, and software consumption agreements to execute a collective strategy.
A successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
- Commercial acumen in building detailed financial business cases to justify investments outside normal spend patterns
- A technical understanding of networking, data centers, and/or cybersecurity at a sales specialist level
- Experience engaging with large, global enterprise customers
- Examples of leading large, transformational projects with global organizations
- Experience with service-only campaigns and service-led selling
