We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Senior Finance Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven automations across Finance. This role will act as a critical bridge between Finance and IT, embedding intelligent solutions into workflows and driving enablement programs that empower Finance teams. Strong business and finance acumen is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Finance teams to identify AI use cases and co-develop solutions that improve decision-making and efficiency.
  • Develop AI-enhanced workflows leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, UiPath AI Center, and OpenAI APIs.
  • Build and deploy AI data agents for Finance in collaboration with data analysts.
  • Develop connectors and integrations across financial systems (Oracle, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric).
  • Drive change management and adoption of automation across Finance.
  • Mentor junior team members and support business users in building their own automations, fostering a citizen development culture.
  • Lead awareness campaigns and conduct workshops to enhance AI and automation literacy across Finance teams.
  • Document processes and provide training to business partners.
  • Create visual representations of technical solution workflows for business partners.
  • Partner with IT to ensure AI implementations are secure, scalable, and compliant.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in automation, business process improvement, or systems integration roles.
  • Strong experience with AI platforms (Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Copilot) and low-code tools.
  • Experience with REST APIs, scripting (PowerShell, Python), and SQL.
  • Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and data engineering concepts.
  • Ability to translate Finance business needs into AI-driven technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle) and data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Databricks).
  • Advanced certifications in AI or data analytics preferred.
