WWT is looking for an experienced Program Manager responsible for leading complex, multi-workstream programmes with full ownership of delivery, financial performance (P&L), and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be managing scope, timelines, and programme performance, with the ability to lead negotiations, oversee delivery, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
This is a contract role & outside IR35.
Infrastructure Programme Manager
Contract Duration: 6 months contract
Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid with 1-2 days onsite per week)
Job Responsibilities:
- Plans and implements programmes which are comprised of multiple dependent workstreams (sub-projects).
- Overall responsibility for the programme P&L to ensure strong financial performance.
- Responsible for determining and coordinating the sharing of resources across projects for the overall benefit of the programme.
- Monitor and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Monitors and reports on risks, issues and situations that are impeding programme progress. Takes a proactive approach to resolving issues and avoiding escalation.
- Ensures customer satisfaction and SLAs are met.
- Drives continuous improvement in programme value to the customer and financial performance.
- Maintains communication with suppliers as appropriate in support of the programme.
- Identifies opportunities to extend the programme and/or generate new business with the customer.
- Manages schedule, scope and milestone performance across the programme.
- Oversees day-to-day delivery across programme workstreams as needed to support growth and delivery outcomes.
- Leads major issue resolution and risk mitigation activities.
- Manages cross-functional engagement ensuring all functions perform to programme expectations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Project Management training in at least two (2) technology areas related to the programme is preferred.
- Excellent understanding of financial processes.
- Ability to create proformas, track metrics, forecast future trends and manage change.
- Excellent understanding of contract management processes.
- Ability to manage contract modifications and lead negotiations on scope, cost and schedule.
- Proven ability to work with C-suite stakeholders.
- Good understanding of supply chain processes.
- Ability to work independently and track programme timelines.
- Strong team and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate programme-level communications.
Candidates will be required to go through background checks before commencing contract. Must be eligible to live and work in the specified work location. Some occasional travel may be required. Only successful candidates will be contacted.
