We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Services Solution Architect with a strong orientation toward services selling, solution design, and programmatic execution. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and commercial acumen to design and validate services solutions that align with our customers’ goals, business outcomes, and technical environments. You will play a key role in supporting the Professional Services organization in driving opportunities from conception through execution.
Key Responsibilities- Services-Oriented Solutioning: Develop and articulate service-based solutions tailored to customer objectives, business outcomes, and success metrics. Translate customer needs into actionable, outcome-driven service offerings. Lead and influence solution design conversations across stakeholders.
- Programmatic Execution: Translate service solutions into executable project plans, including work breakdown structures (WBS), resource plans, and realistic schedules. Validate implementation plans for feasibility, risk, and alignment to customer requirements. Ensure alignment between the proposed solution and delivery capability.
- Commercial Construct & Governance: Build and shape commercially sound constructs that serve both customer and company interests. Go beyond standard pricing templates to create frameworks that mitigate risk and support mutual success. Collaborate with legal and finance to ensure contracts reflect the proposed value and commitments.
- Technology Integration: Understand and articulate the enabling technology behind service solutions. Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical architecture. Ensure the technical solution underpins the intended service outcomes.
- Collaboration with TD&E (Technical Delivery & Engineering): Partner with internal engineering and architecture teams to co-develop robust, scalable solutions. Act as a conduit between pre-sales and delivery to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned expectations. Support the evolution of the Professional Services portfolio by feeding field insights into the services strategy.
