Facilitate workshops, PoVs/PoCs, and ATC‑enabled evaluations to evidence approach and de‑risk decisions prior to commitment.
  • Delivery Excellence: Partner through the Two‑in‑the‑Box model with PMO for planning, RAID management, change control, and stakeholder communications. Guide architects and engineers across discovery, design, build, transition, and operate phases; ensure methodical hand‑offs, quality, and standards adherence. Maintain continuity from presales to delivery by supporting or deputising the Principal Advisor as needed to preserve context and reduce delivery risk.
  • Business‑Outcome Solutioning for Technology: Align solution increments and milestones to business KPIs. Advise on change enablement (communications, training, adoption) to accelerate time‑to‑value and sustain outcomes beyond go‑live.
  • Practice Development: Convert bespoke engagement work into reusable artefacts and collateral. Mentor consultants, architects, and engineers; uplift presales discipline inside ES and raise delivery maturity through coaching and reviews.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, TD to present complex topics clearly, challenge constructively, and influence decisions at executive level.

Qualifications

  • Essential: Proven track record (typically 8–12+ years) in technology consulting/architecture and delivery leadership across enterprise programmes. Strong presales experience: discovery facilitation, solution shaping, estimation, SoW/proposal authorship, and risk/commercial governance. Demonstrated delivery governance in complex, multi‑workstream engagements; adept at RAID, change control, and quality assurance alongside PMO. Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate between business and technical audiences and drive consensus.
  • Desired: Depth in one or more domains (e.g., cloud, networking, security, workplace, data/AI, platforms) with the breadth to integrate across the stack. Familiarity with operating model design and organisational change methods. Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, cloud/provider credentials) are a plus.

  • Customer value: CSAT/NPS, executive sponsorship strength, referenceability.
  • Practice health: reuse contributions, offering/accelerator uptake, mentoring and capability uplift across ES.

Travel Requirement: Travel up to 25–50% depending on engagement and customer needs.
