World Wide Technology (WWT), a global technology integrator and IT solutions provider, has an opportunity for an Infrastructure Project Manager. This role is part of WWT’s Strategic Resourcing services and is a contract role.
This is a contract role & outside IR35.
Contract Duration: 3 months Contract Initially
Location: London, UK
Role Overview: The Infrastructure & Technology Advisory Project Manager leads complex technology consulting engagements across the Discovery phase for 3 projects - Infra, Datacentre, Networking. This role oversees multi-disciplinary teams, manages stakeholders at senior leadership levels, and delivers strategic recommendations to support revenue growth, capability expansion, and future-ready technology platforms.
General Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of advisory engagements from scope definition to executive presentation.
- Produce high-quality documentation including assessments, technology options, delivery models, stakeholder maps, and commercial frameworks.
- Manage RAID, communication plans, resourcing, and executive steering updates.
- Align recommendations with business strategy, revenue growth targets, and technology roadmaps.
- Ensure all engagement activities comply with governance, risk, and quality-assurance standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing infrastructure, AI, networking, or data center advisory or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of data center operations, AI workload considerations, cloud-managed networking, and lab/test environment design.
- Excellent stakeholder management, especially with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business recommendations.
- Strong financial awareness, including cost modeling and commercial option analysis.
Candidates will be required to go through background checks before commencing contract. Must be eligible to live and work in the specified work location. Some occasional travel may be required. Only successful candidates will be contacted.
