The Technical Solutions Architect will be responsible for pre-sales support by providing expert guidance on best practices, industry standards, OEM product comparison, and solution design around Facilities Infrastructure in collaboration with Sales, Services, Partner Management, Global Engineering, and Advanced Technology Center Engineering.
The following are the desired outcomes of the Technical Solutions Architect:
- Hands-on technical experience with the data center critical facilities infrastructure
- Industry technical certifications
- Presentation skills to deliver to customers, partners, and internal teams
- Defined and scoped consulting and delivery services offerings in coordination with WWT and Partner professional services organizations
- Field enablement (training and education) for WWT sales and engineering teams to enable them to correctly identify, size/scope, sell, and deliver opportunities and solutions
- Hold and attend recurring partner planning meetings with relevant FIT partners
- Digital content (blogs, video blogs, podcasts, and presentations) in coordination with WWT and Partner marketing teams to promote the Facilities Infrastructure Team and our strategic partner network
- Support innovative cross-practice solutions and offerings with other WWT Global Engineering Teams
- Host and deliver EBCs and Workshops to WWT Customers supporting FIT-centric messaging
- Assist in building technical labs and demos within the WWT Advanced Technology Center that align with the GTM messaging and customer demand
- Obtain leading OEM certifications
