WWT’s EUC Practice specializes in enabling work to be an activity and not a location. As a member of the practice, you will be part of an industry‑leading group of architects and innovators who are empowering users to drive business outcomes leveraging any data, using any application, with any device, from anywhere, and at any time.

As an EUC Technical Solutions Architect, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for EUC technologies in support of the customers of our sales and services organizations worldwide. Our team owns all things EUC‑related globally and across all verticals, including identifying the technology portfolio, developing and managing the relationships with our OEM partners, establishing the go‑to‑market strategy, developing the solutions and architectures, and working with services to design corresponding professional services offerings. Additionally, we support our field sales and services teams in developing and closing EUC opportunities as well as managing and maintaining demo environments for solutions in the portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect innovative, world‑class EUC solutions for our customers which deliver an exceptional user experience and flawless critical business outcomes.
  • Provide the highest‑level SME support for field sales and services teams in EUC opportunities including conducting strategic consulting engagements, workshops, briefings, demos, and proofs of concept.
  • Create thought‑leading blogs, videos, webinars, demos, and labs which are accessible from the wwt.com platform.
  • Work with our OEM partners to develop unique integrated solutions that drive enhanced value, leveraging the resources of our Advanced Technology Center (ATC).
  • Build and manage demo and sandbox environments for portfolio solutions to be used for customer, partner, and internal enablement and demos.
  • Represent the practice and company at events, conferences, and trade shows including speaking and leading presentations.
  • Be active leaders within the EUC community, both in general as well as with our strategic partners.
Qualifications:
  • Deep subject matter expertise within multiple EUC technology domains (e.g., desktop and application virtualization, unified endpoint management, digital employee experience, identity and access brokering, managed enterprise browsers, etc.).
  • 5-10 years experience designing, architecting, delivering, and supporting integrated EUC solutions at scale.
  • 3-5 years experience consulting in a technical pre‑sales capacity.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of EUC solutions and translate technical capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Passion for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), particularly in presenting to executive audiences.
  • Experience developing original content (presentations, white papers, blogs, videos, webinars, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment to produce outstanding results.
  • Superior organizational, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
  • Strong business and sales acumen.
  • Self‑motivated to maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of EUC technologies and industry/market trends.
Specific Technology Skills:
  • Intimate knowledge of and experience working with any/all of the following products and solutions in addition to core technologies (Active Directory/Entra ID, DNS/DHCP, virtualization, compute/storage/networking, etc.).
  • Preferred: Hands‑on experience architecting and delivering solutions on Microsoft AVD, Windows 365, and Intune at enterprise scale; familiarity with DEX/DEM tooling and managed enterprise browsers is a strong plus.
  • Desktop & Application Virtualization: Omnissa Horizon, Citrix DaaS, Microsoft AVD & Windows 365, Amazon Workspaces.
  • Unified Endpoint Management: Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM, Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro.
  • DEX/DEM: Omnissa Intelligence, Nexthink, Lakeside Systrack.
  • Enterprise Browsers: Island.io, Palo/Talon, Google Chrome Enterprise.
  • Ecosystem Partners: Igel, Liquidware, NVIDIA, Login VSI, Rimo3.
