Role Overview As a Consulting Systems Engineer (CSE) specialising in Connectivity, you will partner with sales teams and customers to design and position advanced networking solutions.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep technical knowledge and industry insight to address business challenges across Telecom, MSP, and emerging Neocloud environments.
This role spans traditional networking (DC, SP, Enterprise) and cutting-edge technologies such as Network Automation, SRv6, SDN, Disaggregation, IP & Optical Convergence, and AI-driven Data Centre Networks.
Shape go-to-market strategies and contribute to WWT's technical account plans.
Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to deliver integrated solutions. What We're Looking For
Experience: 10+ years in technology, with proven telecom industry expertise.
Networking Expertise: Strong knowledge of at least one major vendor (Cisco, Juniper, Arista) and one specialisation (SP, DC, Enterprise Networks).
Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting ability.
Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about driving transformation.
Engineering degree (or related). Language: Fluent English.
Brings proven experience in mentoring early-career professionals, supporting their development and growth.
