Overview
In this role you drive growth by expanding WWT’s services footprint through workforce strategy and long-term delivery models. You operate as a trusted advisor embedded with account teams, shaping workforce roadmaps and scalable resourcing solutions. You partner with hiring managers and delivery leaders to turn technology initiatives into enduring services engagements. This is a strategic, cross‑functional role that blends people, process, and delivery to create recurring value for clients and WWT.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Strategic Resourcing SME within assigned accounts, collaborating with Client Executives and account teams
- Engage directly with hiring managers, delivery leaders, and C-suite stakeholders to discuss workforce planning and optimization
- Identify services opportunities beyond traditional sales motions and own end-to-end deliveries (discovery, design, SOW, commercial modeling, extensions)
- Position a full portfolio of services (contract staffing, direct placement, blended/hybrid resourcing, advisory)
- Develop multi-year workforce roadmaps aligned to client initiatives and transformation programs
- Translate business and technical strategies into scalable resourcing solutions supported by WWT’s ecosystem
