World Wide Technology EMEA has an opportunity available for a Technical Recruiter to join its growing projects business. This role will manage end-to-end hiring for technology roles, partnering with stakeholders to attract and hire top talent. It focuses on strong candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with country-specific employment laws while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across levels and locations.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using diverse sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and drive offer negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and hiring practices.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and candidates throughout the process.
  • Continuously improve recruiting strategies and promote best practices, including diversity hiring.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 4 - 5 years of experience in IT/Technical recruiting (in-house preferred).
  • Knowledge of technology markets across AI, security, networking, and infrastructure.
  • Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline-building skills, including use of recruiting tools.
  • Experience working with IR35 and contract hiring.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Back-office experience, including candidate tracking, onboarding, compliance checks, and ATS management.
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Occasional travel may be required.
