World Wide Technology is looking for a Senior Software Advisor to join our Global Software and CX team. You will be joining one of the fastest-growing segments in the IT industry, acting as WWT’s Enterprise Agreement subject matter expert and crafting sales strategies that guide customers through their licensing journeys.
You will interact with virtually all levels of our company and sell into senior leadership personnel, forging relationships with OEM sales & product teams to provide insights that will shape future GTM offers. There will be opportunities to present at company-wide sales meetings and create public-facing sales collateral for our platform. A well-defined career path is available for the right candidate.

What will you be doing?
- Supporting Software pre-sales activities.
- Identifying EA sales opportunities and educating customers and sales teams on the benefits of EAs.
- Being the voice of WWT’s market-leading EA service wrap.
- Enabling operational efficiencies in quoting and ensuring proper processes/procedures are followed to execute contracts.
- Playing an integral role in developing the growth strategy as we expand further into EMEA.
- Engaging directly with customers and being a thought leader.
- Establishing a consistent process to support customer product/feature requests over a contract term.
- Focusing on growing revenue and GP and working with financing teams to craft payment solutions to suit customers’ budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Have a strong knowledge of Cisco/AppD/Meraki software buying programs.
- Develop knowledge over time on other software OEM buying programs prevalent in the EMEA customer base.
- Understand and present on WWT EA+ methodology.
- Lead the building of complex proposals for large EAs, including financial modelling, financing, and post-sale CX support and adoption strategies.
- Develop strong internal relationships and strong OEM relationships.
- Develop a growth plan to ensure profitable growth in EAs expanding into EMEA.
- Establish and maintain subscription program and product knowledge required to deliver operational excellence.
- Assist in developing SA’s and CSM’s to grow and achieve for the benefit of the team.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with complex customer challenges.
- Proven track record of introducing new thoughts and processes to deliver better customer experience.
- Cisco software product and program knowledge is a plus.
- Strong project or process development skills.
- Ability to lead conversations with all levels of corporate structure.
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments.
- Proven experience developing strong working relationships with peers and project members.
- Strong business acumen.
- Highly organized with the ability to easily toggle between tasks and areas of focus.
- Experience working with and supporting consumption and cloud offers is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills.
- A second language would be beneficial but not essential.
