World Wide Technology is looking for a Senior Software Advisor to join our Global Software and CX team.

What will you be doing?

  • As a Senior Software Advisor you are responsible for supporting Software pre-sales activities.
  • You will help to identify EA sales opportunities, educate customers and sales teams on the benefits of EAs, be the voice of WWT’s market-leading EA service wrap, enable operational efficiencies in quoting and ensure proper processes/procedures are followed to execute contracts.
  • You will play an integral role in developing the growth strategy as we expand further into EMEA.
  • The optimal candidate will have a passion for learning, be a team player, and possess an independent drive to deliver customer delight.
  • The candidate will be expected to engage directly with customers, be a thought leader, and ensure a consistent process is established to support customer product/feature requests over a contract term.
  • This position would be perfect for someone who is a self-starter, enjoys developing processes, and wants to quickly grow into taking on more responsibility.
  • There will also be a focus on growing revenue and GP and working with our financing teams to craft payment solutions to suit our customers’ budgets.

Responsibilities:

  • Have a strong knowledge of Cisco/AppD/Meraki software buying programs.
  • Develop knowledge over time on other software OEM buying programs prevalent in EMEA customer base.
  • Understand and present on WWT EA+ methodology.
  • Lead the building of complex proposals for large EAs, including financial modelling, financing and post sale CX support and adoption strategies.
  • Develop strong internal relationships and strong OEM relationships.
  • Develop growth plan to ensure profitable growth in EAs expanding into EMEA.
  • Establish and maintain subscription program and product knowledge required to deliver operational excellence.
  • Assist in developing SAs and CSMs grow and achieve for the benefit of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with complex customer challenges.
  • Proven track record of introducing new thoughts and processes to deliver better customer experience.
  • Cisco software product and program knowledge a plus.
  • Strong project or process development skills.
  • Lead conversations with all levels of Corporate structure.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments.
  • Proven experience developing strong working relationships with peers and project members.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Highly organized with the ability to easily toggle between tasks and areas of focus.
  • Experience working with and supporting consumption and cloud offers is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • A second language would be beneficial but not essential.
