World Wide Technology EMEA has an opportunity available for a Technical Recruiter to join its growing projects business. This role will manage end-to-end hiring for technology roles, partnering with stakeholders to attract and hire top talent. Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across levels and locations.
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and hiring practices.
- Continuously improve recruiting strategies and promote best practices, including diversity hiring.
- Knowledge of technology markets across AI, security, networking, and infrastructure.
- Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline-building skills, including use of recruiting tools.
- Back-office experience, including candidate tracking, onboarding, compliance checks, and ATS management.
Occasional travel may be required.
