World Wide Technology EMEA has an opportunity available for an OpenShift Product Manager to own and drive the enterprise OpenShift platform roadmap, ensuring reliability, security, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will require strong stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination with Red Hat, and manage the full OpenShift platform lifecycle, including feature prioritization, upgrades, patching, observability, SLAs/SLOs, and incident leadership.
This is a contract role & Inside IR35.
Contract Duration: 6 months
Contract Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid with 2-3 days onsite per week)
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience owning or managing enterprise platform products (OpenShift/Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, platform lifecycle management, security, networking, and storage.
- Experience with GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD enablement, and platform automation.
- Familiarity with enterprise integrations (IAM, certificates, monitoring, logging, ITSM).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and incident leadership skills.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Agile product management and backlog prioritization experience.
Candidates will be required to go through background checks before commencing contract. Must be eligible to live and work in the specified work location. Some occasional travel may be required. Only successful candidates will be contacted.
