Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm including 1 hour lunch break and up to 30 minutes smoke/team breaks. (No flexible or part-time shifts available).
Location: Applicants must reside in Gibraltar or Spain, as all interviews will be conducted in person. Remote work is not available.
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Worldwide Internet Insurance services located in Gibraltar. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Basic computer literacy is a must.
