Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a global framework for the child sponsorship product aligned with World Vision’s mission and sponsor expectations.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and experience across markets, allowing local contextualization.
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize acquisitions and revenue based on case studies.
- Improve the Child Sponsorship product, communication, delivery, and experience in collaboration with Support Offices.
- Test and scale effective messaging and marketing offers to enhance acquisition.
- Facilitate innovations supporting acquisition and retention, including new formats and storytelling methods.
- Maintain the integrity of the core product while adapting to changing donor expectations and technologies.
- Lead the digital transformation of the sponsor journey with focus on mobile and social platforms.
- Collaborate with Support Offices on experience design, storytelling, and engagement tactics.
- Create tools and resources for offices to support the sponsor journey.
- Conduct global research to understand sponsor needs and responses.
- Monitor industry trends to inform experience design and communication strategies.
- Build sponsorship marketing capabilities across the organization.
- Promote shared learning and peer exchange within the partnership.
- Act as a strategic partner to Support Offices, providing advice and co-designing workshops.
- Assess the effectiveness of product elements through engagement data.
- Implement a test-and-learn approach with feedback from stakeholders.
- Define KPIs and guide ongoing strategy refinements.
Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in fundraising, customer experience design, and digital marketing is an advantage.
- At least 5 years in product marketing, preferably in the charity sector.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects globally.
- Strong customer experience design skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to use success metrics for continuous improvement.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and technology.
- Strong collaboration and influence skills.
- Experience with process simplification.
- Active Christian faith aligned with World Vision’s values.
- Fluent in English.
- Over 10 years of success in cross-functional marketing partnerships.
- Knowledge of World Vision Support Offices is preferred.
Travel and Work Environment:
- Approximately 15% international travel.
- Work across multiple time zones in a virtual environment.
