Partnership Relationship Lead
We are looking for an exceptional Institutional Funding and Partnerships Lead, who will have a pivotal role growing the charity s institutional funding portfolio, by fostering strong relationships with the Regional and National Offices, and institutional donors.
Position: Institutional Funding Partnerships Lead
Location: Hybrid working – Milton Keynes
Hours: Full time – 36.5 hours per week
Contract: 7 months fixed term contract (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £36,576 per annum FTE, depending on experience

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include supporting the National Offices to grow relationships with institutional donors and identifying grant and commercial contract funding opportunities. You will also develop partnerships with external organisations to form strong consortia for funding applications.

About You
Essential Criteria:
• Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with institutional donors
• Strong knowledge of grants and contacts in the international development or humanitarian sector
• Proven understanding of development theory, policy and practice, in development and fragile contexts
• Proven experience of influencing numerous stakeholders at multiple levels
• Experience of working in a cross-cultural context in a developing country, experience in West Africa or Asia is particularly desirable
