Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Directors, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Senior Directors, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required, ensuring all documents are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are effectively managed.
  • Support the Senior Directors in various projects, ensuring deadlines met and objectives achieved.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including planning and booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Support not just the Senior Directors, but the entire directorate.

Candidate Requirements

  • A successful track record of supporting directors or chief executives, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently within an organisational framework.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work, with a passion for contributing to a mission-driven organisation.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
