We’re looking for a talented Designer to create high‑quality, on‑brand visual content that brings children’s stories to life and drives growth, retention and an exceptional experience for our generous supporters. From digital campaigns and social content to print materials, event assets and external reports, your work will strengthen our campaigns and deepen supporter engagement. You’ll collaborate across the Fundraising & Marketing department, building strong relationships, understanding colleagues’ needs and delivering creative solutions that elevate our communications. This is a hands‑on, ideas‑driven role where every day is different – ideal for someone highly relational, super organised and always looking for fresh ways to engage audiences across digital, social and print channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work alongside the Senior Marketing Services Manager to design a wide range of fundraising and marketing materials – from social graphics and email assets to fundraiser collateral, infographics, artwork and fun church‑event resources – all to inspire generosity and amplify our storytelling.
- Bring fresh ideas to our Child Sponsorship marketing, contributing to creative, child‑centred moments that delight and retain our Child Sponsors.
- Work closely with acquisition teams to understand their design needs and deliver effective solutions that support their targets and enhance the supporter experience – helping us cut through the noise and communicate impact clearly.
- Design reusable templates and easy‑to‑use assets that strengthen brand consistency and help teams create accessible content more efficiently.
- Thrive in a fast‑paced fundraising environment, managing multiple briefs and deadlines with confidence and prioritising effectively alongside the Senior Marketing Services Manager.
- Support the web team with webpage redesigns that strengthen our fundraising product experience, from first conversion through to long‑term retention.
- Play your part as a brand guardian, ensuring all communications are on‑brand, consistent and accessible – while still leaving room for child‑centred creativity that brings our mission to life.
