Digital Campaign Officer\\n\\nAre you passionate about digital engagement and ready to create campaigns that change lives We are seeking an innovative Digital Campaigns Officer to join a dynamic team.  \\n\\nPosition: Digital Campaign Officer\\n\\nLocation: Milton Keynes/Remote – minimum of 2 days per month in the office\\n\\nHours: Full-time – 36.5 hours per week\\n\\nContract: Permanent\\n\\nSalary: Circa. £36,576 per annum, depending on experience\\n\\nClosing date: 21st March, 2025\\n\\nAbout the role: \\n\\nAs Digital Campaigns Officer, you’ll be at the heart of the digital acquisition team, responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive content strategy across digital channels.

This role offers the opportunity to take your creative and strategic content skills to the next level while making a meaningful impact on children's lives.\\n\\nYou’ll develop and implement digital campaigns that resonate with UK audiences and drive user engagement, from initial awareness to conversion. Working collaboratively with various teams, you’ll refine content and explore new ways to connect with potential donors, turning them into sponsors and supporters.\\n\\nKey responsibilities include:\\n\\nDeveloping and implementing digital campaigns aligned with the charity’s mission and brand goals, ensuring content is tailored to each digital channel (including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube) and target audience.\\nLeading brainstorming sessions to create highly creative content concepts, refining ideas, and writing compelling copy for digital channels.\\nOptimising user experiences across digital platforms to maximise campaign impact and conversion.\\nSupporting lead generation efforts and upper funnel engagement through strategic content designed to inspire action.\\nDeveloping a content testing plan with a test-and-learn mindset, reporting insights back to the team and across the partnership to improve future campaigns.\\nAnalysing campaign performance, tracking financial acquisition targets, and advocating for data-driven decisions.\\nStaying on top of digital trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas into campaigns and continuously enhance engagement strategies.\\n\\nThis role will be key to driving the success of fundraising initiatives, supporting lead generation tactics, and meeting strict financial acquisition targets, all while ensuring that digital content connects meaningfully with supporters.\\n\\nAbout you:\\n\\nA creative and strategic thinker, you excel in digital content creation and optimisation. With strong communication and project management skills, you thrive in collaborative environments, crafting engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences and drives campaign success.\\n\\nRequired:\\n\\nProven experience developing digital content strategies for acquisition, converting potential donors into supporters.\\nDeep understanding of content-driven conversion, social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), paid media, and email marketing.\\nStrong copywriting and proofreading skills for multi-channel digital content.\\nExperience optimising user experiences to enhance engagement and conversion.\\nConfidence in leading cross-team brainstorming and delivering creative campaign assets.\\nAbility to report on content success, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.\\nStrong stakeholder management, collaborating effectively with internal teams, external partners, and international offices.\\nExperience in creating storyboards and content plans for cohesive campaigns.\\n\\nDesired:\\n\\nProficiency in photo or video editing tools.\\nExperience with Google Analytics or similar performance-tracking tools.\\nFamiliarity with additional digital platforms (e.g., Clubhouse, Pinterest).\\nBackground in digital fundraising campaigns.\\nDegree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.\\n\\nThe charity’s Christian identity underpins everything they do, so as an active Christian, this role offers you the opportunity to integrate your faith while being sensitive to its various expressions across cultures and denominations.\\n\\nAbout the organisation: \\n\\nThe employer is an international children’s charity working with children, their communities, and with supporters and partners, in almost 100 countries.
