As the Child Sponsorship Engagement Design Coordinator for the Sponsorship Initiative, you will play a critical role in delivering a new innovative track of Child Sponsorship Content (via the Strategic Initiative (SI)) as well as supporting business-as-usual (BAU) content features that are core to the success of the Sponsor Experience. The position ensures quality, coordination, and delivery for global content releases across a complex, high-stakes transition period, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and content delivery between World Vision's Global Centre, field teams, and funding offices (Support Offices / SOs).

Scope of work for this 12-month project:
- Provide surge capacity to execute a business-critical content pathway.
- Lead content readiness for SO testing and optimization.
- Oversee quality assurance, design, and editing processes for content aligned to SO expectations.
- Support cross-functional coordination (QR, design, production, SOs) to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
- Enable consistent BAU delivery coordination during peak periods of SI rollout.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, Briefing, and Content Mapping: Coordinate content design POCs, feature readiness, and QR and editing schedules.
- Communications: Serve as a point of contact for content quality and delivery communication.
- Project Management: Support issue escalation, SO readiness assessments, and timeline updates.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborates closely with QR, design, and production teams to streamline updates and feedback.
- Reporting and Evaluation: Monitor and report on content delivery health across BAU and SI pathways.
- Accountability: Field feedback loop, training, and reporting around delivery and quality targets.
- Design Innovation: Support the development of a new Annual Progress Report (APR) project (SI).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing & fundraising, business, communications, or related field.
- 5 years in a coordination, marketing, or communications role, ideally in a nonprofit or mission-driven setting.
- Strong project coordination and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Behavioral insights, storytelling, and content design.
- Strong communications and project management skills.
